Split timing by gender
For races with separate W/M run orders, tick Split timing by gender (women/men). The form expands into two timing sections.
For each gender:
- Inspection start + end
- First run time
- Second run time (optional — for one-run races, leave blank)
Both genders’ timings render on the family page and in the iCal feed.
Single-timing race
Leave the gender split off and fill the All timing section. The family page shows a single set of times for everyone.
What gets notified
A race event change (time, hill, meeting, etc.) triggers push + Telegram for affected families if within 48h, or banner-only otherwise. The notification body summarizes the meeting time and hill so parents don’t have to open the page.
